Dr. Mattia Felice was awarded his warrant to practice as Advocate in the Courts of Malta in 2015 after having successfully completed the prescribed studies. His principal areas of practice are civil and commercial law however he has also been involved in insurance, public law and criminal law matters.
Mattia has an academic interest in the civil law aspects of transportation. For his doctoral research, Mattia successfully presented and defended a thesis titled ‘Civil liability arising from obligations of protection in contracts of transport of passengers: a local and comparative analysis’.
Mattia has lectured within the Faculty of Laws, University of Malta and has also served as examiner.
Prior to qualifying as an advocate, Mattia was employed in the Local Government sector for over five years.

- 2014 – Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) degree conferred by the University of Malta.
- 2012 – Diploma of Notary Public awarded by the University of Malta
- 2011–Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with International Relations conferred by the University of Malta
