The group is composed of four advocates with expertise and practice experience in various areas together. A common administrative staff and a legal procurator handle office, court and registry work. Although the lawyers working in the same offices are professionally independent still they provide assistance to one another so that their clients are better served. The services of a notary public are also available through the same office. Ray Zammit Legal Offices house four lawyers under the one roof in Valletta. The offices are centrally located offices very close to the Law Courts The Maltese legal system has been held to be a mixed one, admitting of both Civil law and Common law characteristics – a reality which ostensibly has a bearing on the manner in which the legal order caters for the recognition and provision of subjective rights and more predominantly, the nature and modalities of the remedies offered for their pursuit.

Ray Zammit Legal Offices is not a firm. The lawyers working in these offices provide multi-disciplinary legal services, they are freelance lawyers working independently serving clients from centrally located offices very close to the Law Courts in Valletta. The ethos of these lawyers is commitment and dedication towards providing their clients with optimal legal guidance and representation based on academic preparedness, reasoned judgement and experience. Over the years, the lawyers practicing from these offices have assisted a very extensive and varied client portfolio. Past and present clients range from private individuals to large business undertakings, SMES, NGOS and governmental entities.
